Photographic orders
The photo laboratory is authorised to make copies of institute-owned negatives after prior consultation with the relevant responsible employees. For requests of this type as well as for orders from digital holdings please contact us at fototeca@khi.fi.it.

Photocopying service
The photo library offers its own photocopying service to visitors at fixed times on a daily basis. The maximum number of copies per photocopying commission is 25.

Reproductions
Visitors to the photo library may make reproductions of specific library images after obtaining the staff's prior agreement. However, reproductions may be made only of photographs owned by the photo collection and for which it holds the copyright (see stamp on the backing board).
As regards the reproduction of the photographic material, visitors are also advised that photographs from external archives are subject to additional copyright protection and may only be reproduced with the permission of the archive in question.
